On June 3, 2025, CEST successfully held its General Assembly in Bayreuth, Germany. All the Board Members and representatives from regular members attended the assembly.
Dr. Michael Hohl, President of CEST, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the Board, expressing thanks to all the members for their longstanding support and trust in CEST’s work. In the work report, Dr. Hohl reviewed the achievements CEST has made since its establishment in promoting cooperation and exchange between China and Europe in areas such as life and health, new energy, and smart agriculture. He also outlined CEST’s future development direction, emphasizing plans to further expand cooperation areas and strengthen practical collaboration. Marco Böttger, Board Member and Chief Accountant of CEST, presented the financial report on behalf of the Board.
During the General Assembly, Dr. Hohl and Board Member Zheng Yongqiang presented membership certificates to newly members, including DP Industrie, Sinexcel, and SAJ Digital Energy Germany GmbH. Their participation is expected to bring fresh vitality to CEST.
