On May 24, 2024, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Europe (France) Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference was jointly hosted by the Government of Guangdong Province, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, in Paris, France. China-Europe (Bavaria) Innovation Center, a project launched by CEST, was successfully signed at the event, witnessed by the Chinese Ambassador to France Mr. Lu Shaye, Vice President of the Society for the Encouragement of National Industry Mr. Gilles-Henry Garrault, the Governor of Guangdong Province Mr. Wang Weizhong, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Mr. Paul Chan, Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao Special Administrative Region Ms. Ao Ieong U, and Executive Vice Mayor of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government Mr. Chen Jie.
